175 Art Exhibition raises transformational bursary funds

The creative talent of 24 Old Tudorian professional artists, who attended Tudor between 1960 and the 2020s, was on show for all to enjoy at the OT Art Exhibition, curated as part of the School’s 175 anniversary year of celebrations.

Remarkably, all bar one of the artists had been taught by current Head of Art Sheila Craske who, now in her 38th year at Tudor, continues to be an outstanding, inspirational teacher.

Almost 12 months in the planning, we were delighted to welcome so many members of the Tudor community to the exhibition over two days in late March 2026, including a private viewing  for OTs and the artists themselves on the first evening.

Current and former parents and staff, pupils and more were able to view the collected works that had been meticulously curated by our Alumnae Communications Manager, Lindsay Silver.

Pieces on show encompassed a wide range of materials, from oils and pastels, to  bronze, ceramics, photographic prints and encaustic wax. Enormous thanks to all the artists, who kindly agreed to donate a percentage of the sale price to Tudor’s transformational bursary fund, and to those who have purchased artwork.

The full Exhibition Catalogue will be available to view on our Tudor at 175 page shortly.

A number of pieces are still available to purchase; if you are interested in buying an artwork, please get in touch with the Tudor Hall Alumnae Office.
