Philanthropy At Tudor Hall

Philanthropic giving is central to the ongoing success of our bursary programme and the development of the school's facilities. Tudor girls benefit daily from the generosity of our benefactors.

Like many girls' schools, Tudor does not benefit from a capital endowment and is increasingly reliant on the generosity of our community. Ongoing philanthropy ensures that the first-class educational opportunities Tudor offers are sustained for, and accessible to, future generations.

Supporting Tudor Hall is an opportunity to help shape the future of the school, ensuring, and sharing in, its continued success.

Previous Building Projects

Since 2013, Tudor has raised approximately £3 million in support of new facilities at the school, the Drama Studio and, more recently, the Teaching Centre.

The £6.2million Teaching Centre, officially opened by HRH The Duchess of Cornwall in January 2020, is the largest and most ambitious addition to Tudor Hall's facilities to date. Designed to provide teaching spaces for the core subjects of Mathematics and English, and specialist classrooms for the creative arts, the Teaching Centre has transformed the teaching provision the school offers.

The Teaching Centre would not have been possible without the loyal support of our community who contributed £2.29 million towards the cost of the project.
