Tudor Hall School Website: Old Tudorians University Fair and Gap Year This annual event took place on 12 September with OTs representing 8 universities across the country and a group of last years Ashtons who were happily sharing their gap year experiences with the current VIth formers. There was a buzz in the Gym as questions regarding student loans, catered or self-catering accommodation and how to choose your course were discussed. The Gappers were full of tales of their globetrotting adventures. At the end of the morning Harriet Granville chaired the Forum and as the VIth formers left one was overheard saying “That was the most useful thing I have been to”. The morning ended with drinks on the terrace in the September sunshine, then lunch and a hockey match against the school in the afternoon. Zara Wingfield-Digby organized the OT hockey team – the Tudor Warriors! The Warriors were victorious, winning 4-0. The day was a great success and as always very worthwhile and much appreciated by girls, parents and staff.
