Catering Department

 

The dining room is circular with a wonderful wall of windows where the sun streams in at all times of year.

The acoustics mean that everything is so quiet it feels like you’re dining alone or in a small group.

The dining room has been a huge success
Sodexo operate the Catering Service at Tudor Hall School, led by Linda Tubb
Catering Manager and  Darren O'Neill the Head Chef. The team provide a varied menu incorporating exiting and healthy eating.

 There is a varied menu with a range of choices each day. There is an array of salad in the salad bar, at least one vegetarian dish and two choices of hot food. You can also have soup or a jacket potato if you just fancy a snack.

Training is an important part of daily life in the Catering Department, providing motivation and innovation for the team!
The team recently did a fruit carving training session.
Graham Reed recently  gained a bronze award for his chocolate mocha tartin the Sodexo Salon Culinaire Competion!
Sue M Woodward, Sue E Woodward (sister-in-laws) and Christine Keys recently attended a long service award ceremony in London after completing 20 years at Tudor Hall. 
Frances Mason recently attended a Chocolate Course and now prepares home made chocolates for School Functions.
