Young Art Oxford

Art Aim Higher

The Tudor Hall Art Department once again submitted students’ work for the annual Young Art Oxford Exhibition, and we were delighted to hear that Louise Giddons and Romily Williams (Todd/Year 7), Audrey Inglis (IIs/Year 8), and Amelie Chen and Anna Dahlman (IIIs/Year 9) had their work selected for the exhibition, and that Romily and Amelie received a commendation.  Huge congratulations to Amelie, Romily, Louise, Audrey and Anna for this wonderful achievement!

This annual event is open to all Oxfordshire schools, and is a wonderful opportunity for aspiring artists to have their work judged by well-known artists and to exhibit at the famous Ashmolean Museum.  Since its inception in 2008, over £150,000 has been raised for Cancer Research UK through Young Art Oxford.  This year, there were 2928 entries from 49 schools and 600 were selected for the exhibition, which this year was held online due to Covid-19 restrictions.  Click here to enter the virtual exhibition.
