It was Easter when Tudor’s Senior Tennis Team qualified for the National Finals and went to Bolton representing the South for the second time in three years.    One term on and it was the 1st July when two tennis teams from Tudor Hall went to Oxford Sports for the Oxfordshire Finals of the Team Tennis Competition 2008, run by the LTA.   The U15 team consisting of C.D’Arcy Clark, Z.Twiston-Davies, L.Whitehouse and J.Hindle qualified in the 1st Division final.   The U14 team consisting of L.Bailey, J.Bailey, M.Manners and T.Daniells qualified for the final in the 2nd Division of what is an U15 Tournament.    The girls played superbly on a very hot day; both teams winning very close matches.  This sees Tudor Hall representing Oxfordshire in the next round for the second consecutive year.   Well done girls!
