We had been looking forward to our trip for ages and could hardly contain our excitement when we arrived at the gates of Cadbury World.  Our first stop was in “Essence” where we watched a holographic show about the invention of Dairy Milk chocolate.  When it had finished we were all given a cup of melted chocolate with a topping of our choice. It was yummy!

On the main tour we saw lots of displays and shows – including one where we were shaken around in our seats like cocoa beans being sorted.  There was a really fun ride through “Beanville” where the cocoa beans live!  We also got to write our names in chocolate at one of the demonstrations.

Even though we had been given several free samples of chocolate during our tour we all visited the huge shop at the end of the day to stock up on more goodies.
