There is a tradition at Tudor that every year Todd throw a party for the Bloxham Lunch Club, a group of Bloxham residents that meet every Tuesday lunchtime. The tradition started 18 years ago and current Housemistress to Todd, Lesley Evans, arranged it this year on Sunday 2nd December in the school’s ballroom.
Mrs Pat Angel runs the Bloxham Lunch Club and she brought nine elderly ladies with her on Sunday. There was tea and biscuits, followed by singing and drama sketches from the girls. One pupil sang her own contemporary version of ‘Once in Royal David’s City’ penned by her mother and another pupil played a piano piece. After a raffle Santa and his reindeer delivered presents to the visitors. |
