The new library has been open a little over a week and it is clear what a success it is. It was a great surprise when we looked around because it was such a change from the II’s and III’s common room, which used to be there. Many more books are on the shelves and on display and there are lots of computers to work on. Upstairs there is a relaxing area with bean bags and sofas. There is now a new full time librarian called Mrs Boon, who is very helpful and encourages us to use the library as much as possible.
Altogether we are delighted with our library and think it is very worth while!
